Whether it is a keynote, half-day workshop or a full day seminar, Daisy uses a unique blend of motivational and “how-to” content that educates, stimulates, and inspires participants to take action. • Customizes each keynote, workshop or seminar to meet the expressed and unexpressed needs of the client and the participants. 

• Builds strategic partnerships with your key staff and in-house training team. 

• Offers key staff and program participants a 30 minute follow-up consultation – by phone or e-mail – within 30 days of program completion, free of charge. 

• Provides a post-training report within two weeks of program completion. Report highlights observations and recommendations on what is needed to ensure learning is transferred from the classroom to the work place. Report also includes suggestions on follow-up programs to further reinforce and enhance the learning. 

• Provide each participant an attractively packaged self-study participant manual that can be used as a reference tool to reinforce the learning – long after the training is over – and may be shared with others who were unable to attend the session.

• Provides – free of charge – participants her Big Eyedea quarterly articles which reinforces some of the strategies, tools, and techniques covered during the workshop or seminar.
